Beesline Frequently Asked Questions

With over 18 years of experience working with dermatologists, developing solution based products that tackle all kinds of skin and scalp problems, Beesline remains at the forefront of skincare innovation.

Our products are found mostly in pharmacies, but in some countries they are found in malls, hypermarkets, and parapharmacies as well.
You can refer to the “Beesline Worldwide” section on our website to check where Beesline products are sold next to you.
Information regarding our products can be found on the product packaging and our website under the “Lines” section.
Our products are made from natural ingredients and are hypoallergenic. They suit the most sensitive skin and even babies’ skin.
A comedogenic product can clog the pores and cause blackheads, pimples or cosmetic-related acne. We use non-comedogenic ingredients such as beeswax, plant oils and iron oxides instead of potentially comedogenic, non-natural ingredients like mineral oil, petrolatum and red dyes that are commonly found in other personal care products and cosmetics.
Some of our products such as Lip Care & Ultrascreen Cream Active Protection are 100% fragrance free. Any perceived scent in the other products is simply from the raw ingredients that are mainly plant oils and extracts. Sometimes we use essential oils for their skin benefits, for example: the rose scent of the Beeswax Cold Cream is due to rose essential oil used for its soothing and calming properties.
It is always best to consult with your doctor on these issues because he or she is the one who is best qualified to provide advice about your condition.
Natural Laboratories, manufacturers of Beesline products, have never used an animal laboratory to test cosmetics products.
In the past it was the part of the regulations for manufacturers to conduct tests on animals to guarantee the safety and tolerance of the chemical ingredients they use. But we have taken significant steps to research, develop, and validate alternative methods to laboratory animal testing such as in vitro tests on cell cultures or clinical tests on volunteer panels.
You can find the “Not tested on animals” logo on all our products.
All Beesline products and ingredients are rigorously tested using high scientific and dermatological standards to help promote product efficacy that respect the skin. Many times, to validate the effectiveness of our products, we conduct scientific and independent studies over a 1 – 6 month period, sometimes up to 12 months to measure the real ongoing benefits generated by the products. All our products are made from natural ingredients and are filled in smaller portions so you can use fresh ingredients with maximum effectiveness.
The European Community has required the cosmetics industry to write all ingredients on each product for greater transparency. The International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) aims to harmonize labeling on a worldwide level. Ingredients are listed on product packaging by their INCI name so they appear standardized across all countries. A list of the ingredients and the active ingredients of the products can be found on our website under the “Lines” section.
Natural S.A.R.L tries to simplify the packaging of its cosmetics and toiletry products, whilst placing the safety of its consumers above all other concerns. Our products are ultimately used in bathrooms and sometimes for children therefore we use a plastic packaging because it is safer and recyclable. It is also worth noting that transporting plastic packaging is both more environmentally efficient than transporting glass; there is less impact on the environment due to a lighter transport, resulting in lower energy use.
Unopened and protected from excess heat and humidity, Beesline skincare products have a shelf life of 3 years. Date of manufacture and expiry date, are printed on the pack. After opening, your product will last for several months as long as it is protected from ambient temperature, and used in a clean environment, never mixed with other products and carefully closed after each use. This period of time is indicated on the box outside and the product itself.
All of our products are made in our own manufacturing plant in Lebanon.
Beeswax has an irritation potential of zero, which means that when formulated and used correctly in cosmetic formulations, beeswax will not cause a problem. However, if you are allergic to bee by products, then we suggest that you contact your health care provider.
We use only natural colors in our personal care products and cosmetics. Some examples are beta-carotene, titanium dioxide, mica and iron oxides. These natural colors are approved by the FDA and safe for use.
We currently don’t have an online store, so you can only find our products in pharmacies/supermarkets.
We don’t send samples rather they are available at pharmacies where our products are sold.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can either ask the store manager to order it for you from another branch or try another store. You can even contact our distributors by referring to the “Agents Around the World” section under Beesline Worldwide.
To help reduce the risk of sun damage to your skin, follow these simple, easy-to-follow sun protection tips:
• Reduce your sun exposure between 11 AM and 4 PM when UV rays are the strongest and most harmful. Try to plan your outdoor activities before or after this time.
• Apply a sun screen with minimum SPF 15 or higher with either UVA and UVB protection (or broad spectrum protection).
• If you are planning on spending prolonged periods of time outside, wear a mineral sun block with SPF 30 or more and reapply every 2 hours.
• Wear sun-protective clothing and accessories such as a hat and sunglasses. It is also recommended to cover your arms and legs.
• Always remember to stay protected, even in winter. Snow can reflect and even increase the effect of the sun's burning rays.
By following these simple sun protection tips, you will significantly reduce your risk of sun damage, premature aging of your skin, and skin cancer.
